Volunteer Talk: Rally Racing: Behind the Wheel

“Driving a perfectly good car through the woods at 100 mph may sound like a silly idea, but to some, it's just another way to spend a weekend.” -Nick Taylor

The sport of rally racing started soon after the very first cars were built, and has continued to grow in popularity ever since. Nick’s talk will cover the history of rally racing in all its varieties, the types of cars used and how they are prepared, and rally’s presence here in the Pacific Northwest. Nick spent seven seasons co-driving rally cars in events up and down the west coast.
