USE FEE PRICE LIST

  • A Permission to Publish Request Form must be submitted prior to receiving a use fee quote. 
  • A high-resolution electronic image or film transfer is sent after receipt of use fee.
  • Nonprofit organizations may be eligible for a discount.
  • Bundle discounts may be available.
  • Failure to indicate the parameters of use in the Permission to Publish Request Form or follow the parameters as agreed upon in the Contract of Use will be met with an additional flat fee of $200 along with a 20 percent increase on original cost of use enacted, as published below.

Audiovisual

Select video (moving images) and sound material in the collection may be used for projects such as documentaries, commercial ads, exhibits and merchandise. See Images section below for fees based on format, use and distribution. 

If interested in audiovisual transfers of materials in our collection to a digital format (e.g. mp4), please contact the Collection Manager. Additional fees may be required.
